We look to the past and admire those who have made phenomenal contributions, often times benefiting the Commons or all Americans. We look to the past and admire the Lone Rangers who saw a vision and pursued it, regardless of the odds. Why not create those visions and goals right now in the present? We not, as a country, set our sights on a seemingly impossible undertaking? Using the power of the internet we create a transparent and public participatory list of wild goals and visions. From this list 25 are chosen to be voted upon every two years (during the election for US House Representatives). The voter ranks 5. These become the 5 secondary visions for the Nation for these 2 years. In off-Presidential election years the top choice will become the primary goal for the Nation, holding that honour for 4 years. Grants and federal funds that address these visions will take priority.
