Since the Inauguration of George W. Bush as President of the United States on January 20, 2001 and subsequently on
January 20, 2005, citizen groups within the United States and globally have called for accountability of the numerous
questionable actions engaged under the direction of the entire Bush Administration.

These questionable actions span across all branches of government -Legislative, Executive, Judicial yet they appear to
originate from the Executive branch.

If we as a nation profess certain standards based on law and that no one is above the law, then it is our duty to at
least further question these actions which include but are not limited to:
- Repeatedly using Signing Statements to circumvent the law.
- Dishonouring laws, agreements and treaties enacted by previous administrations, eg the Recognition of the Peoples
of the Duwamish
- Using previously known questionable evidence to justify war against a sovereign nation (Iraq).
- Using tools at their disposal solely for political gain or to keep the population in a state of fear (eg with the National
Threat Level).
- Being unable to account for all funds allocated to this war effort.
- Potential violations of Treaties and Conventions, including the Geneva Convention, in the process of implementing
this war.
- Demonstrating an on-going ineptness at managing the war and other responsibilities under its authority, often
unnecessarily jeopardizing the lives of military personnel.
- Using the Executive Branch officials to undertake questionable and potentially illegal activities under the threat of
duress.
- Using bribery, threats, and other unethical actions to coercively secure compliance with parties that would have not
occurred otherwise.
- Abusing current law, eg that authorized to the FISA courts.
- Using the National Guard in an unprecedented military engagement in foreign lands at the costs of subjecting US
citizens at home to unnecessary dangers, eg response to Katrina and Rita hurricanes
- Disregarding the recommendations of the 911 Commission.
- Obstructing the complete investigation and subsequent prosecution of the events leading up to, on and following
9/11/2001.
- Manipulating media sources and intelligence sources with the intention of generating propaganda.
- Supporting efforts to continuously disenfranchise voters.

[A simple search on the internet will result in numerous reliable sources for these and countless other questionable
actions, sources which originate from all points on the globe.]

This continues to be a country of We the People. We are accountable to ourselves. The unchecked actions of one
become the actions of us all.

I suggest that We the People are too partial to investigate this matter, that the US has lost credibility to investigate
this matter on its own, and that the US needs to focus on other pressing matters. I recommend that the World Court
be given full investigative jurisdiction as a deterrent to future violations either from the US or from any other country.

Parties firmly implicated by the World Court in this would be subject to the following restrictions during proceedings:
> assigned an independent guardian to maintain a log outlining their whereabouts at all times,
> not be allowed to leave the United States,
> not be allowed trusteeship over any public funds or public services
> be subject to the garnishment of any wages and a freeze on any assets to be used to fund the investigation and to
levy penalties IF and WHEN such parties are found guilty of any eventual charges brought by the Court.

It has been my experience that We the People have heard repeatedly that the actions taken by the Bush
Administration on the People's behalf and in the People's confidences have been unprecedented. In order to restore
honour and integrity to the United States, We the People are due a response which is equally unprecedented.

We owe this to our children.
