On the afternoon of Jan 14th i received an email from the Obama-Biden Transition Project. "We wanted to tell you about a new feature on Change.gov which lets you bring your ideas directly to the President. It's called the Citizen's Briefing Book, and it's an online forum where you can share your ideas, and rate or offer comments on the ideas of others." This series of web pages answers that call. On these pages are the 14 ideas i submitted to the Citizen's Briefing Book. Comments to these and a wealth of other ideas can be made in the Citizen's Briefing Book at the Change.gov website.
